Marie France Van Damme to Open Paris Salon During Paris Fashion Week

Hong Kong-based designer Marie France Van Damme is opening a salon, a new pied -à-terre Parisien on Rue de Rivoli, next to les Jardins des Tuileries, le Louvre and le Musee D’Orsay and a few meters from Dior and YSL during Paris Fashion Week where she will be presenting her new SS 24 collection by private appointment from Sept 25- Oct 3. Located at 210 Rue de Rivoli in a historic building redesigned by Jacques Garcia the designer behind Hotel Costes and La Mamounia in Marrakech where Marie France Van Damme also has a store that opened in 2017, the Parisian pied -à-terre will serve as a showroom each season to meet with clients, buyers and press.

This is a big moment for the independent, slow-fashion atelier that fuses understated European elegance with dramatic Asian aesthetics to create a distinctly unique collection.  In addition to the opening of the salon:

Beyoncé recently chose Marie France Van Damme’s silver metallic sleek nageur swimsuit for her Renaissance World Tour. Styled by Shiona Turini this look was also included in a futurist film which opened the show on the tour.
