French fashion brand Marithe Francois Girbaud is set to open its first standalone store in Hong Kong on Pak Sha Road in Causeway Bay.
Spanning 1,500sq ft, the store features natural wood furniture in earthy and creamy tones, with clean lines that evoke a casual Parisian ambience reminiscent of the flagship store in Hanam-dong, Korea.
Founded in 1962 by Marithe Bachellerie and Francois Girbaud, the brand is known for its designs that blend casual style with functionality.
The latest collection emphasises tailored denim, showcasing a variety of pieces, including jackets, jeans, skirts, bags, hats and accessories. The minimalist aesthetic aims to provide a mature and modern vibe, offering versatile classics that resonate with everyday fashion.
“We are completing our design from the inspiration on the street,” said Francois Girbaud. “From the street, we are developing up.”
