Dubai-based Ayana Holding has formed a joint venture with Florida’s Marsan Real Estate Group to develop the $1.6bn BellaViva a Whispering Hills project in the US. The partnership will allow Ayana to establish its presence in the North of America whilst assisting Marsan in expanding into a wider market by offering investors from around the word attractive new investment opportunities.
Featuring a total of 5,500 luxury homes across 1,800 acres of land alongside the stunning natural hills, lakes, nature reserves and equestrian centre, BellaViva is expected to become the fastest-growing community for retirees and seasoned investors.
