Maven Leisure will welcome guests to Goldwood Sports Pub and Kitchen this August, where they will be able to experience both premium sports viewing and food and drink offerings under one roof.
This summer, the team behind some of the city’s most popular hotspots including Wagtail Rooftop Bar and Restaurant, Aviary, The Botanist and sports bar Greenwood, are introducing the latest addition to their eclectic roster, and in fact one of their biggest yet.
Located in the heart of Bank in London’s busiest financial district, Goldwood is a unique destination which will deliver an unrivalled sport viewing experience in an electric atmosphere, all complemented by a premium food and drink offering. The beverage collection will include signature and classic cocktails, craft beers and international wines, while the American-inspired food menu will be featuring dishes perfect for sport viewing occasions, such as small plates and sharing platters, chicken wings in a variety of flavours, subs, burgers, pizza and salads.
The establishment will offer a similar atmosphere to the group’s other sports bars, however this time larger in size. The venue spans over 9,000sq ft and accommodates 200 guests seated or just under 500 standing, boasting two bar areas as well as a mezzanine which will be available for private events.
Visitors will be able to catch all the international live sport action seven days a week on Goldwood’s 20 TVs, including 3 x 100-inch giant screens, and a state-of-the-art sound system. Guests will also have the option of privately hiring the mezzanine area with its own screens and bar. Unlike any other Maven sports bar, Goldwood will be the first venue to showcase horse racing in their dedicated Racing Corner, as well as all other popular sports including F1, football, rugby, the NFL, the UFC, cricket, and boxing.
