Gargash Enterprises, which is the authorised dealer of Mercedes-Benz in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, has announced that this is the automotive brand’s first ever customer e-commerce platform for the region. The platform will facilitate a host of operations intended to make the customer experience smoother.
Customers will be able to find real time information about vehicle availability, retail prices and has features that allow customers to reserve online. Interested buyers can then book a test-drive from wherever they are based and arrange for their purchased vehicle to be delivered to their door.
The platform also features a configurator tab which allows clients to customise their vehicles and a contact tab where a customer service representative is on hard to assist with any queries and questions.
