The re-opening date for Merlin Entertainments has been announced for the first of August for its leading attractions in London.
The attractions include London Eye, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, Madame Tussauds, the London Dungeon and Shrek’s Adventure! London.
Merlin is reopening its attractions with enhanced hygiene and safety measures, including reduced capacity, pre-booking tickets online, and cashless payments. Its employees have undergone rigorous training in order to uphold new safety measures when attractions re-open next month.
“We are delighted to confirm that all our London attractions will reopen on Saturday, August 1,” said Sunny Jouhal, General Manager at the London Eye. “The health and safety of our guests and team is always our number one priority. We have been working hard behind the scenes to re-open with the memorable and exciting experiences we are known for, delivered in the safest possible way. We fully recognise, along with many other businesses that after months of closure the London tourism sector has a long road to recovery ahead of it.”
