The lifestyle retailer celebrated its latest opening in Tangram, Flushing this weekend. After being announced in September 2021, the long-awaited store has finally opened its doors.
With the opening of the Tangram store, MINISO has further enhanced its presence along the east coast of the U.S. The store offers a wide selection of toys, household items, beauty products, electronics, and more, across six unique shopping areas: cute & fun, essentials, yummy, connected, fresh, and gorgeous.
MINISO opened its U.S. flagship store earlier this year in SoHo, New York. Carrying forward the flagship’s success, the newly opened 3,372sq ft retail space features a similar youthful interior design with murals and decals inspired by the iconic New York City skyline.
To celebrate the grand opening, MINISO has installed a 10-feet diameter giant inflatable in the atrium of the mall, which has the winking face from the brand’s logo. The installation has quickly become a popular photo spot and helped draw foot traffic to the store. The giant winking inflatable will be on display throughout June.
