With its sights set on regional expansion, Miniso has resumed growth and the opening of physical stores in Peru, while announcing the creation of 27 new stores in Colombia in the next 18 months.
Currently, the Asian chain has 73 stores in Colombian territory and will reach 100 in 2025. As confirmed by company sources, the chain plans to celebrate at least four more openings this year, with stores in Bogotá, Cali, and Medellín, mainly.
The chain has a portfolio of nearly 500 SKUs or active references, among the categories of fashion, beauty, home, decoration, stationery, entertainment, sports and children’s, to name a few.
Miniso recently received the Importer User-Type Authorized Economic Operation (OEA) certification from the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN), which classifies the company as a safe and reliable company for foreign trade transactions.
Colombia is the third most important market for Miniso in the world, as confirmed at the global convention of the chain, which took place this month in the city of Guangzhou in China, in the presence of all the global leaders of the brand.
