Alder offers residents a full-service concierge, secured package room, bike and private storage, a fitness centre and barre studio, billiards and game tables, a lounge and outdoor deck with a firepit, a library and workstations. The building is pet-friendly and includes a pet spa and landscaped courtyard. Garage parking spaces are available on site with EV charging stations and EV-ready spaces.

For its newest location, Stop & Shop said it has carefully curated a significantly larger assortment of products to serve the diverse range of cultures and communities at Allston Yards.
