Modivo is an online store offering premium fashion and such brands as Armani, Lacoste, Guess and Tommy Hilfiger. The website is available in eleven countries. The group is planning to launch the Modivo website on three other markets with by the end of 2020. Its shopping app came online in Poland in mid-2019.
Galeria Młociny comprises more than 75,000 sqm and 220 stores as well as almost 50 restaurants and cafés. The mall also contains 5,500 sqm of offices as well as a medical centre and the first multiplex cinema in the city’s Bielany district. It is owned by EPP (with a 70 pct stake) and Echo Investment (30 pct). The former company manages the centre, while the latter is responsible for the development and leasing process.
