The development company has signed an agreement for a two-storey Primark store which will open in the Magnolia Park Shopping Center, Poland.
The move shows Multi’s continued commitment to leasing, having leased over 64,000sq m to new and existing tenants since 2020. Recent and major lease agreements include two Carrefour hypermarkets, three Action and HalfPrice discount stores, and LG’s second Brand Store in Europe.

The agreement reinforces that our approach of improving and redeveloping space for the benefit of tenants is clearly effective. It also requires an extensive network of contacts in the retail industry across Europe and an understanding of changing customer preferences.”
The Primark store is expected to open in 2023, following a significant period of refurbishment and layout programme to upgrade the shopping centre in Wroclaw, Poland.
