The modern Japanese restaurant is the first home-grown dining concept from Modern Food Company.
Modern Food Company has a strong history of operating international franchise brands, including Nozomi Riyadh. Myazu, which is the group’s first home-grown dining concept has a menu that has been designed by Ian Pengelley, a concept chef that focuses on traditional Japanese cooking techniques.
The Myazu venue boasts a restaurant with an open kitchen area that houses a robata grill and sushi counter. Diiners can enjoy a menu of specially created dishes that are unique to Myazu. There’s lounge seating and Myazu Arts – an entertainment hub that features a cocktail bar, for guests to enjoy a number of theatrical cocktails, a DJ Counter and VIP area.
The restaurant is located at Dabbab Street in Riyadh’s Sulaimaniya District, and Modern Food Company is confident that the concept will be a hit and already has additional venues planned for 2021.
