The new 52-storey landmark development is now around 95 per cent completed, with all elements of the project due to open by October this year.
The huge, eye-catching tower is located next to Nakheel Mall and stands at 240-metres tall. The bottom section of the building will consist of a 290-room, five star Regis hotel alongside 432 luxury residencies. The top of the tower meanwhile will boast three floors of leisure and luxury dining options and an observation deck.
The tower will also be home to the AURA Sky Pool, which will be one of the world’s highest infinity pools. The new infinity pool will occupy the entire 50th floor of the Palm Tower hotel. Sushisamba, one of the coolest restaurants with locations in London, Miami and Amsterdam, will occupy the 51st floor, serving guests a delicious mix of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine.
Aqil Kazim, Chief Commercial Officer at Nakheel, commented: “The Palm Tower is the latest, iconic addition to Palm Jumeirah and Nakheel’s growing list of landmark projects across Dubai. Its unrivalled residential, hospitality and leisure components will further enhance Dubai’s position as a world-class destination for living, leisure and tourism.”
