This store will be the brands first location outside of Japan and will be located in SoHo, New York.
Nanamica New York is the second Nanamica brand store to open, following Nanamica Tokyo, which opened last year in October. The New York store will have a limited selection of The North Face Purple Label, a collaborative collection created with The North Face brand.
The store is designed in collaboration with Japanese architect, Taichi Kuma and in the image of a ‘beach house’, expressing the free and relaxed feeling of the seaside but with a distinctly Japanese aesthetic sensibility meaning the true highlight is the Nanamica products.
The Nanamica brand intends to open stores in a selection of key locations across the world and this New York store is certainly a step in the right direction for the growing brand.
