Southwest Value Partners, the developers behind the project, have announced that five new retail tenants will open in Tower 1 of Amazon Nashville.
The new dining, fitness and banking facilities will open in late 2021 / early 2022 and will offer a suite of services along with fast-casual dining options to both Amazon employees and the general public.
The new retail tenants include: Crisp & Green, a healthy, fast-casual dining concept that will open in a 2,168sq ft space complete with outdoor patio in Spring 2022; Starbucks, which will open this autumn and will embrace a new app-focused ordering system; The Urban Juicer and Eatery, which will occupy a 1,095sq ft store and offer healthy food, drinks, and snacks; and Orangetheory Fitness, with a 3,315sq ft branch, slated to open in Summer 2022. Also opening is Pinnacle Bank with Pinnacle Financial Partners moving its headquarters to a new multi-tenant office tower at Nashville Yards.
“We are developing Nashville Yards with an emphasis on healthy living,” said Cary Mack, managing partner of Southwest Value Partners, owner and developer of the 18-acre Nashville Yards development that is home to Amazon Nashville. “With that in mind, we have worked carefully and deliberately to identify these five very high-quality food & beverage, fitness, and banking companies to bring outstanding products and services to Amazon Nashville and the rest of downtown Nashville.”
