The newly launched restaurant concept called Sauce, is located in Dubai’s Al Habtoor City in Noora Tower.
Open each day from noon until midnight, Sauce has the capacity to seat up to 100 guests at any one time with 40 designated seats inside and 60 outside. The restaurant boasts a simple design that intends to transport customers back to the era of the ‘diner’. Features including neon signs and roller-skating waiters adorn the location and a jukebox playing classic music from the likes of Elvis fills the atmosphere.
Sauce intends to stay true to the American diner concept and boasts a menu of simple yet trendy items. Customers can enjoy burgers, hotdogs, salads, pizzas and sandwiches as well as sweet treats including milkshakes and brownies. The restaurants unique selling point is its unusual twist on a number of sauces from various countries, including garlic labneh, tahini mustard and harissa ketchup.
Signature items at the restaurant consist of the wagyu beef burger with crispy bacon ham, crispy breaded onion ring, pickled cucumber, caramelised tomato, cheddar cheese and creamy mayonnaise served with fries or a house salad. Another firm favourite is the blue cheese slider with Australian wagyu, potato bun, lettuce, caramelised onion, tomato chutney, crispy fried onion with blue cheese mayo.
