Created by one of the most revered figures in Dubai’s food and beverage scene, Mark Patten, Risen is an upmarket café and bakery concept that will bring a new era for the scene in Dubai.
Risen is an exciting new concept created by Mark Patten and The First Collection with Patten, who is Vice President F&B, The First Group, spearheading the very first Risen which opened in Millenium Place Dubai Marina.
Featured on the menu is the café’s take on ‘croffles’ a hybrid offering consisting of croissants and waffles. Meanwhile, The New English is a croffle with poached eggs, hickory smoked bacon, caramelised onion jam, avocado, mixed leaves and truffle mayo, meanwhile The French Connection, comprises croffle, whipped vanilla cream, berries and crème anglaise. Customers can also purchase fresh baked goods and sandwiches.
Paten said: “We aim to build Risen into a strong brand and anticipate it becoming a household name for residents across the UAE. This will bring in the new era of Risen which is synonymous with being a top bakery choice for all with incredible patisserie, beverages, retail offerings, and of course, coffee.”
