Designed to cater to all, Barn’s menu offers a variety of options for everyone. From all-day breakfasts and overnight bowls to hand-tossed pizzas, burgers, Asian bowls, sushi cakes and even comforting “Ghar ka khanna” (home-style meals), there’s something for every craving and occasion. Avocado lovers, in particular, can indulge in a whole section dedicated to “all things avo,” where they’ll find fresh takes on this beloved fruit.
“Most places focus on either seasonal specialties or local sourcing. Here at Barn, we do both – and add another layer by focusing on the soil,” says Mayank Gupta, Founder of Food Square and Barn. “Our ingredients are sourced globally, but freshness is our top priority. For instance, avocados are available year-round, but to keep them at their peak, we bring them in from different regions each month.”
This careful sourcing not only ensures flavour but also celebrates the earth from which these ingredients are grown, connecting patrons to the origins of their meals.
