Bondi Green is the second hospitality venue that Run For The Hills has designed for the Daisy Green Collection.
This latest all-day bar, restaurant and cafe is west London’s newest and most expansive alfresco all-day drinks and dining spot. Set within a huge, light-filled space at the base of the landmark Brunel Building, the venue sits directly beside the peaceful waters of the Grand Union canal in Paddington basin. The venue’s hero bar is huge, with two cocktail stations and a dedicated tank beer and wine tasting zone. Designed around mixologists, the bar also has a perfectly positioned opening in the centre of the back bar, offering a direct view down the barrel of the Pizza oven set behind the bar.
A bookable private dining room is situated next to the live theatre and beating heart of the semi-open kitchen. The clients invited artist Lucy Sparrow to create an Aussie supermarket art installation from felt within the room.
The semi-open kitchen features a 3 metre charcoal robata grill, creating flame filled drama throughout the dining room. The Chef and his busy team are highly visible, hard at work delivering the all-day menu.
