Work is currently in full swing on the first phase of the $20bn Diriyah Gate masterplan, which marks the beginning of a bold new era of construction and transformation of the historic Diriyah region. The new DevCo company will have its own board, structure and team which is set to be led by President, Jonathan Timms who will retain his reporting line to CEO, Jerry Inzerillo.

On the launch of DevCo, Inzerillo said: “Through operating this new company structure, we are preparing the company for expedited and imminent growth. Our dedicated leadership team continues to grow from strength to strength, and we are thrilled to be promoting this exceptional internal talent.”

Timms said: “2020 was an immensely successful year for all divisions of DGDA, including the great progress we achieved as a team on our core purpose to develop our three masterplans.
