New Dolce & Gabbana Flagship to Open in Paris

Savills Building and Project Consultancy (BPC) team in France has been instructed by The Chesfield Group to carry out the building services contract for the new flagship.

The refurbishment of 54 Avenue Montaigne, located in the 8th Arrondissement in France’s capital, will see Savills BPC team work on the asset to ensure compliancy with current regulations as a result of Covid-19. The prestigious address will soon house the new Dolce & Gabbana Flagship.

Johanna Zini, Director of BPC at Savills France, commented: “We are very proud to contribute to the renaissance of this iconic address which, thanks to a real architectural feat, will soon become the largest luxury flagship on the capital’s famous shopping street. This project required us to adapt our approach to the current health crisis, and it’s clear out adaptability and the team’s great flexibility enabled the successful delivery of this building.”

Owned by the Olayan Group, this ultra-prime asset located in the heart of the Golden Triangle and in the immediate vicinity of the Champs Elysées, constitutes an operation of more than 1,260sq m of retail space and 740sq m of workspace.
