Led by Hassan Ballout and Hani Doueik, the latest F&B operator in the region Limestone Lab promises experiential hospitality.
Seven Management’s former Chief Growth Officer Hassan Ballout and Business Partner Hani Doueik have formed the company. It promises to introduce social- and experience-led F&B venues to Dubai. The new group plans to introduce a range of F&B outlets between now and Q4 2023 that disrupt the traditional brick and mortar models in the emirate.
CEO and Co-Founder Ballout said: “The F&B market in the UAE has always been accompanied by an upbeat level of social interaction, whether with friends, family or new acquaintances. We have made this the foundation of Limestone Lab. This has motivated us to conceptualise a series of awe-inspiring social and dining venues that will bring people together under one roof to enjoy unforgettable experiential, cultural and dining experiences.”
Limestone Lab will work with a range of designers, architects and hospitality experts to bring the spaces to life, and many of the spaces will be in “unexpected destinations,” says the newly formed group.
