The move is part of SEVEN’s vision which is focused on investing over SAR50bn to build 21 entertainment destinations across Saudi Arabia, situated in 14 different cities.
Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has revealed its latest project: an entertainment destination in Almadinah. The construction of this project is already underway, with BUJV, a joint venture by AL BAWANI CO. LTD. and UrbaCon Trading & Contracting, tasked with carrying out the construction.
The initiative aligns with the region’s strategy to enhance living conditions and breathe new life into communities, providing a unique entertainment experience for both residents and visitors.
“Our entertainment destination in Almadinah will transform the entertainment landscape of the region and bring new, unique, and exciting experiences to the people of Almadinah,” Abdullah AlDawood, Chairman of Saudi Entertainment Ventures said.
The entertainment destination, located adjacent to King Fahad Central Park, will span over 100,000sq m, with a total built-up area exceeding 84,000sq m. The park and the destination will blend harmoniously, offering visitors an entertainment oasis enriched with diverse offerings to enhance the region’s communities. The attraction promises fun-filled family immersive experiences, with world-class rides in a 4,000sq m family entertainment centre.
