New Entertainment Experience Coming to Fenton

Hines and Columbia Development have announced that Paragon Theaters will open at Fenton, the new 69-acre mixed use community.

Paragon Theaters at Fenton will bring new experiences to movie-goers that have never before been seen in the Cary market. Consisting of ‘pod’ style seating, an Extreme Theatre and an outdoor screen, the all-new Paragon Theaters at Fenton will take the place of the formerly announced Cinebistro at Fenton, which was called off due to a bankruptcy filing.

The pod style seating, which will be made up of loveseats and single seats, will utilise a ‘zero-gravity’ mechanism for maximum comfort and optimal screen-viewing. Customers will be able to order fresh food directly to their seat throughout the films. The Extreme Theatre will feature 200-seats and will be complete with a 66-foot-wide screen and surround sound. The lobby’s modern design at Paragon Fenton will house an indoor and outdoor 120-foot-bar which is fully accessible from the common plaza.

“The focus on cutting-edge design and exceptional food and beverage lineup at Fenton aligns perfectly with the Paragon brand,” said Mike Whalen, CEO of Paragon Theaters. He added, “During the shutdowns last year, we took time to consider the expectations of our guests post-pandemic and are rolling out new amenities at Fenton based on those discussions. We look forward to sharing more details as we get closer to opening.”
