The new unit launched on Friday in Shepherd’s Bush in London and has been designed to allow shoppers to maintain social distancing.
The new outlet store by Harrods features current season women’s, men’s, kidswear and homeware stock across 80,000sq ft on two floors. Throughout the store sanitising stations are in place and it will be asking shoppers to sanitise their hands before using one of the limited fitting rooms.
Health and safety is a major factor in-store and the function in store play a much bigger part than fun does as the world continues to adjust to the new normal of the retail world.
Selling 120,000 products from more than 100 brands, there is also a beauty department store on site that stocks premium brands including Gucci Beauty and Estée Lauder.
