The department store retailer Kohl’s has revealed the locations of 45 Kohl’s stores that will be opening a 750sq ft in-store Sephora shop this fall.
The new additions will bring the Sephora at Kohl’s fleet to more than 900 stores by the end of this year. The shops, opening from mid-September to late October across 29 states, will feature a curated assortment of top beauty products in makeup, skin and hair and be located at the front of the store. Kohl’s plans to expand its Sephora at Kohl’s initiative, which launched back in August 2021 to the remainder of its more than 1,170 stores by 2025.
Sephora at Kohl’s continues to drive beauty share gains for the company. The partnership drove a total sales increase of nearly 90 per cent year-over-year in the second quarter of 2023, according to Kohl’s. The assortment is not only resonating with existing customers, but is bringing in new customers that are shopping more frequently as well.
