Boohoo is preparing to open a standalone ‘Debenhams Beauty’ store in Manchester later this year.
Before its collapse earlier this year, Debenhams boasted more than six million beauty shoppers and 1.4 million Beauty Club members. Online fast fashion retailer Boohoo acquired Debenhams in January and is currently recruiting for Beauty Assistants for a brand new ‘Debenhams Beauty’ store which is rumoured to be placed within the Arndale Shopping Centre.
The recruitment post for the Beauty Assistant reads: “As a Beauty Assistant, you are an essential part of a team that delivers the extraordinary service our customers expect from Debenhams Beauty. Maintaining the highest of retail standards, keeping up to date on product knowledge and replenishing stock, customer service is at the heart of what you do.”
Debenhams.com was relaunched by Boohoo earlier this year, and boasts a beauty offer that currently includes over fifty brands including Benefit, Lancôme, Ralph Lauren, Yves Saint Laurent and Versace and is set to continue growing.
