New Staten Island Centre to Open 14 New Tenants

Kimco Realty’s new and major addition to retail real estate in the borough of Staten Island will welcome 14 new tenants from now through December.

The Boulevard on Staten Island, an open-air centre located in New Dorp, has recently welcomed Old Navy, Party City, Spectrum, Urban Planet and Sterling Optical, who have joined current tenants ShopRite and Marshalls.

Furthermore, the coming months will see brands including Lobo Loco, Panera Bread, On a Roll, Hawaii Poke Bowl, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Greek Xpress, Tropical Smoothie Café and Michael’s Jewelry of NY, open their doors at the centre.

In the first quarter of 2022, The Boulevard on Staten Island will also welcome Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, New China Hibachi and Sushi Buffet and finally, Sese Spa and Quest Diagnostics.

“The Boulevard was purposefully designed to not only meet but exceed our varying customers’ day-to-day needs,” said Joshua Weinkranz, president of the Northern Region at Kimco Realty. “The Boulevard is an all-encompassing, one-stop-shop destination for the Staten Island community.”
