UAE-based developer Imkan has announced the launch of two new villa types at its second home destination, AlJurf, located on the coast between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
With the names Badya and Shaden, the semi-detached properties make up part of the landscaped grounds of AlJurf Gardens, the company said in a statement. It added that both properties offer a choice of two to four bedrooms, and a living space between 310 and 525 square metres.
Imkan Properties CEO, Walid El Hindi, said: “We are proud to announce our two new villa types at AlJurf Gardens, Badya and Shaden. Our latest introduction is driven by the positive feedback and demand on our product.
