The Stora Retail Park currently consists of four properties and the total lettable area comprises of 48,500m² with 16 tenants. Two fast-food restaurants, McDonald’s and KFC are now currently under construction. Aberdeen Standard Investments was the seller, however the purchase price was not disclosed.
