The Nickelodeon Universe is set to re-open at the Mall of America on 10 August, following nearly five months of closure during the outbreak of Covid-19.
It will re-open with health and safety measures, and the Mall of America has been working with state and national organisations as well as industry experts to establish reopening protocols.
Nickelodeon Universe will operate with a significantly reduced capacity of 250 people, and capacity will be controlled by only allowing guests through a single entry point.
Visitors can purchase a two-hour ticket, which will let them enjoy unlimited attractions within the time frame at the retailtainment destination.
As capacity is likely to be reached early in the day, guests can join a virtual queue and will be notified when they are able to enter Nickelodeon Universe.
“Reopening Nickelodeon Universe – even with significantly reduced capacity – is a positive step forward,” said Jill Renslow, EVP of Business Development and Marketing for Mall of America.
