Located on a prime beachfront plot, the project will consist of a hotel, branded residences and a high-end Japanese inspired restaurant.
Nobu Marjan Island is the latest luxury concept to be unveiled for the Ras Al Khaimah man-made island. Upon completion, the project will be 70,000sq m, and will house 300 branded residences, a spa, a number of swimming pools and other bespoke amenities.
