Nordstrom Debuts Livestream Shopping

The newly-launched shopping channel gives customers access to employees, brand partners and a number of experts across the beauty, fashion and home décor fields.

The American luxury department store chain has launched Livestream Shopping in an effort to keep customers engaged as consumer preferences continue to shift in the wake of the global pandemic. Blending the best of in-person and digital capabilities, Nordstrom’s Livestream Shopping channel will provide informative and entertaining shopping events.

Upcoming live events include Burberry virtual styling filed in New York by José Ramón Reyes.  Other forthcoming events include the latest trends, tips and tricks on hair, skincare, and makeup from experts at Tom Ford, Clinique, Giorgio Armani, Kiehl’s and further demonstrations from Anastasia Beverly Hills and Charlotte Tilbury.

Fanya Chandler, Senior Vice President at Nordstrom, said in a press release: “Through Livestream Shopping, we can meet the ever-changing needs and expectations of our customers and equip our team with more tools to deliver on our commitment to serve our customers wherever, whenever, and however they want to shop.”
