The department store retailer plans to open a Nordstrom Rack in Franklin, Tennessee in fall 2024 and it will be situated at Cool Springs Market, owned and managed by Kite Realty Group Trust.
Tenants include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kroger and DSW. Nordstrom operates four Nordstrom Rack stores and one Nordstrom store in Tennessee.
The company also plans to open a Nordstrom Rack in Noblesville, Indiana, in fall 2024. The 25,000sq ft store will be located at Hamilton Town Center, owned and managed by Simon Property Group. Other tenants include Ulta, Ross, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Total Wine. The company currently operates three Nordstrom Rack stores and one Nordstrom store in Indiana.
Nordstrom has make expanding its Rack division one of its key priorities. At the end of its most recent third quarter, the company operated 258 Nordstrom Rack stores, up from 242 in the year-ago quarter.
