Leading specialist UK leisure and property agency, Shelley Sandzer, has secured a new site for artisanal pasta concept restaurant and workshop, Officina 00 at 67 Whitfield Street, Fitzrovia.
The move comes after Shelley Sandzer secured the debut site for the company back in 2019. The new 1,758sq ft ground floor restaurant will bring everything Officina 00 is renowned for to a brand-new West End audience; namely seasonal artisanal pastas prepared with 00 grade pasta flour, via an experiential theatre kitchen. Joining their existing site in Old Street, Officina 00 Fitzrovia will deliver authentic recipes used in Italian households and decades for centuries.
Enzo Mirto, Co-Founder of Officina 00, commented on the signing: “Officina 00 has moved from strength to strength since our Old Street site opening, which Shelley Sandzer were influential in securing for us, and we are excited to now be bringing our concept to a key West End area. With the help and guidance of Shelley Sandzer, we are now able to take the next step on our brand journey, which we feel confident will be an equally great success.”
