This recently opened mixed-use development, designed by architect Nikken Sekkei, stands with two towers and a unique, sky-high social hub known as The Link. One Za’abeel’s phased opening began in October 2023, unveiling an array of offerings including The Residences, The Offices, two hospitality outlets and several fine dining experiences including La Dame De Pic, StreetXO, Qabu by Paco Morales, Arrazuna, Sagetsu by Tetsuya Wakuda and DuangDy by Bo.Lan.
With two premium resorts, One&Only One Za’abeel and SIRO One Za’abeel, the development caters to a wide audience including travellers and residents. The two towers offer distinct experiences. One houses ultra-luxury residences, while the other caters to the business world with premium office spaces and two lavish resorts – One&Only One Za’abeel and SIRO One Za’abeel.
‘The Link’ is 230m floating boulevard suspended between the developments’ two towers. Offering unobstructed panoramic views across the city, it’s a one-of-a-kind destination with delectable fine dining, captivating bars and home to the UAE’s longest suspended infinity pool.
Floating 100m above the ground, The Link is an architectural marvel and an engineering feat recently honoured with the Guinness World Record for the Longest Cantilevered Building in the World, adding another first to Dubai’s long list of record-breaking developments.
