ONZE is a new restaurant and lounge that has opened its doors at the Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club.
It is being managed and operated by general manager Ghada Ajib and Peruvian head chef Marissa Josefinna Vallve, who has previously worked in Lima, Doha, Hong Kong and Dubai at Asado and The Act. ONZE, the French word for 11, is the latest venture from Blue Thunderbird Company, led by brothers Sami and Selim Raad.
“I’m so excited to design a menu that mixes flavours from Peru and Japan,” said Vallve. “The dishes I have created are inspired by my travels and contain ingredients such as salt from the mountains of Peru. When guests come and eat with us at ONZE, I hope they will be transported to the best times of their lives through my dishes.”
