In a groundbreaking move, Northern Ireland’s purpose-driven fashion icon, OutsideIn (Oi), is set to open its inaugural outlet store at The Boulevard, Banbridge, on Saturday, February 10, 2024, marking a new chapter in retail with a socially conscious twist.
Established in 2016 in Belfast, OutsideIn is not just a fashion retailer; it’s a movement designed to make a positive impact on society. With a mission focused on aiding those experiencing homelessness, OutsideIn operates on a unique ‘Wear One, Share One’ giving model. For every product purchased, customers contribute brand-new essential clothing items to someone in need through the retailer’s network of Giving Partners.
Transforming a 1,314 sq ft unit into a vibrant pop-up space for four weekends in February and March 2024, OutsideIn’s outlet store will feature its highly sought-after clothing and accessory range, including fleeces, outerwear, sweatshirts, poms, and beanie hats – all offered at discounted prices.
Having grown steadily since its inception, Oi, supported by its Giving Partner network, has already donated over 212,000 essential clothing items to individuals in need across 41 cities and seven countries. Looking ahead, the Northern Irish retailer has set an ambitious goal: to donate two million products over the next five years, further solidifying its commitment to making a meaningful difference.
This venture at The Boulevard not only represents an exciting retail experience but also underscores OutsideIn’s dedication to creating positive social change through its innovative approach to fashion and giving. As the outlet store opens its doors, customers have the opportunity to not just shop for stylish and discounted items but to actively contribute to a movement that is reshaping the retail landscape with purpose.
The Boulevard is owned by Lotus Property, advised by Johnstone Property Consultants and KLM Real Estate.
