The Virtual Shopping service, which has been launched by Neinver is available across its five ‘The Style Outlets’ centres in Spain.
The Virtual Shopping service has already been launched in other countries successfully and allows the centre’s which employ the service to offer more personalised attention to their customers by phone, email or WhatsApp. In addition, some brands will allow customers to virtually visit their store through video call, allowing them to reserve items and make purchases electronically.
Following the successful launch of this service in other centres, The Style Outlets in Madrid (Las Rozas, Getafe and San Sebastian de los Reyes), Barcelona and Coruna, have all enabled the Virtual Shopping section of their web pages where customers are able to consult the services offered by the brands.
Already committed to utilising the service are iconic brands such as Barbour, Crocs, Desigual, Geographical Norway, Geox, Hawkers, Hispanitas, Home & Cook, Indi & Cold, Javier Simorra, Mayoral, Munich, Nanos, New Balance, Pepe Jeans, Quiksilver, Samsonite, Sunglass Hut, The Body Shop or WMF, among others.
