Abu Dhabi National Hotels are the company investing the money in the new luxury resort at Ras Al Khaimah.
The upcoming resort is due to located at the Emirate’s Al Marjan Island and is part of the company’s post-pandemic expansion plans. Being developed on a one million square foot site, the scheme will see the introduction of 1,000 rooms.
“This luxury resort will complement our existing portfolio across Abu Dhabi and Dubai,” Abu Dhabi National Hotels’ Chief Executive Officer Khalid Anib. “At ADNH, we are confident that our investment in Ras Al Khaimah will create strong returns to our shareholders and enhance the UAE as a leading travel and hospitality destination.”
“The investment by ADNH to develop a luxury resort in Al Marjan Island reflects its confidence in the potential of the destination and will catalyse additional investments,” Marjan’s Chief Executive Officer Abdulla Al Abdooli said.
