The company has opened the Roztyly Plaza office building, approved in March, to its tenants. It is located in Prague 11, next to the metro station Roztyly.
The building offers 21,700sq m of office space and another 1,600sq m of retail on the ground floor. Tenants will have 330 parking spaces available and another hundred spaces for the park and ride system.
As part of the Nové Roztyly quarter, the following stages of construction are planned, which should include further administrative and residential stages, the cultivation of public space and the development of park areas and greenery.
“We first entered this territory back in 2006 and since then we have been trying to get all the permits to turn the brownfield into a place where people will live, work, but also like to spend their free time,” said Radim Passer, Founder and CEO at Passerinvest Group, a.s.
