The iconic UK-based fashion label is set to launch a dedicated men’s flagship store in Tokyo’s bustling shopping district of Ginza next month.
Paul Smith Ginza is situated at the corner of Harumi and Namiki Roads and when open, the store will bring together three floors of dedicated menswear including accessories and a personalisation service. The store façade is covered with green and blue cladding that has been made by bending aluminium in a three-dimensional zigzag shape spanning from the ground to the second floor.
The basement floor of the store houses the ‘Made to Measure’ service, for personalised suit-ordering. This exclusive fitting and consultation space is furnished with mid-century modern furniture, complimented with a grey limestone floor. The ground floor is highlighted with grey flooring and bare steel. On this floor, customers can find the brand’s full selection of accessories.
Finally, the upper floor is home to the brand’s latest selection of men’s fashion including the first line ‘Paul Smith’ and the diffusion line ‘PS Paul Smith.’ This space is decorated with bright colours such as orange fitting rooms, a light blue cash desk and an olive green leather table.
The Paul Smith Ginza flagship will open to the public on December 24.
