Pitfire Pizza, the homegrown pizza brand known for its artisanal sourdough creations, is expanding in Dubai with a new location set to open in Mirdif. This will be the brand’s fourth dine-in outpost.
Covering an area of 950sq ft, what sets this location apart is the addition of a courtyard, providing guests with the option of al fresco dining. The restaurant will feature seating for 20 indoors and 20 outdoors.
Michele Johnson, the Owner of Pitfire Pizza said: “Our mission is to bring a fresh twist to Mirdif’s pizza scene. Driven by overwhelming customer demand and numerous requests for delivery, we are thrilled to announce our expansion into this bustling suburban region.”
Johnson also highlighted that the opening in July would likely see the business increase its reach, especially due to the proximity to the airport and the dense surrounding residential communities.
Bill Johnson, Co-Owner of Pitfire Pizza said the imminent opening marked another milestone for the brand. “It’s rewarding to see the team’s efforts come to life, as they have been diligently working to bring our signature flavours to an all-new neighbourhood.”
