The pizza brand is looking to open four new locations by later summer, and has a further four in negotiation.
The four new openings are in Lower Marsh, Waterloo; Queensway, Bayswater; Seven Sisters Road, Finsbury Park; and Old Quebec Street, Marble Arch. According to Managing Director, Gavin Smith, the brand has spent their time in lockdown ensuring that each new restaurant has its own identity. He says: “Every single pizzeria we open needs to have unique point of difference. We’ve challenged ourselves to say, every opening should offer something unique and different.”
The pizza group is also launching a subscription service for its popular Pizza in the Post offering, which will give users 25 per cent off through regular deliveries of the DIY kits. Future plans for the Pizza Club are to include a rewards structure for the offering.
