Ben Bourne, Managing Director, Bourne Capital said: “As long-term investors in Waterloo we are committed to delivering a development that will deliver real positive change for the area. Our proposals for Waterloo Central will support Waterloo’s role as a cultural hub for London as well as providing high-quality, sustainable office space that will attract the next wave of dynamic and forward-thinking businesses to the area. Waterloo is set to undergo huge transformation, with the Lambeth Council recognising the value that business brings to the area and the role that new workspace plays in this. We are excited to work with the council and our community to deliver a positive development as well as much-needed public realm improvement to the area.”
