Sinsay, a brand from the portfolio of the LPP Group, has leased 860sq m in the Pod Wiatrakami Retail Park near Słupsk. The store is scheduled to open in April this year.
Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for the re-commercialisation of the retail park and creating an optimal tenant mix. Sinsay is well-known to Polish consumers for its fashion collections, homeware, skincare and make-up products.
Michał Masztakowski, Head of Retail Agency Poland, Cushman & Wakefield explained that “Sinsay is another tenant that we have managed to secure for Pod Wiatrakami as part of its re-commercialisation process. We are also conducting negotiations with other brands that will greatly complement the offer of the retail park so that it better responds to the everyday shopping needs of the inhabitants of Słupsk and the region.”
Located on the outskirts of Słupsk, Pod Wiatrakami offers 18,000sq m of retail space, anchored, among others, by Tedi, Premium Fitness & Gym and Abra Meble. The opening of a JYSK store is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024.
