The site has reopened at Jewel Changi Airport following a three-month refurbishment, unveiling a redesigned store concept inspired by Singapore’s cultural heritage and a new range of exclusive merchandise.
The revamped store features interiors influenced by traditional local architecture, alongside themed spaces including a food court-inspired zone and an ocean-themed event area.
It also introduces Solgaleo as the store’s new symbol Pokémon, with the Legendary Pokémon appearing on the official logo and at the entrance alongside Pikachu.
“Pokémon Center Singapore has leveraged its strategic location at Jewel Changi Airport to serve as a vibrant community hub and a beloved destination for both locals and international travellers,” the brand said in a statement.
The company added that the reopening marks a milestone in strengthening connections with local shoppers and Pokémon fans from around the world.
To mark the reopening, Pokémon Singapore is launching 20 exclusive commemorative products in two waves. The 1 July release features Singapore-inspired lifestyle items, while a second collection arriving on 7 August includes locally themed merchandise such as Pikachu bag charms, Peranakan-inspired pouches, T-shirts and tote bags.
Pokémon Center Singapore opened in 2019 as the first permanent Pokémon Center in Southeast Asia. The company is now expanding its regional footprint with its second Southeast Asian store, which is set to open at CentralWorld in Thailand under a partnership with Central Pattana.
