Portman Marylebone Welcomes World-Class Restaurants & Retailers

KOL, Nobu Portman Square, Anatome, Quill and William Crabtree & Sons will all join the neighbourhood.

The Portman Estate continues to maintain and deliver an area of London that thrives on its strong offer of retail, hospitality and leisure business. This week, Mexican chef Santiago Lastro opened the doors to his new restaurant, KOL, in The Portman Estate’s first direct development, 1-9 Seymour Street. The opening of KOL follows three other new entrants to The Portman Estate that have recently joined the already strong retail line-up, namely Anatome, Quill and William Crabtree & Sons.

As well as this, Nobu Hotel London Portman Square will open its doors in December. The new hotel will feature a Nobu restaurant, bar and outdoor terrace, plus a 600-person ballroom, gym, wellness facilities and meeting spaces, alongside its 249 rooms.

Philip Norris, Director of Commercial Asset Management at The Portman Estate, commented: “We are continually committed to supporting our growing community of independent retailers and restaurant operators. The Portman Estate is exceptionally proud of its unique retail and restaurant offer, and it is this that makes it such an exciting and vibrant neighbourhood.  We are pleased to welcome KOL, Anatome, Quill, William Crabtree & Sons and Nobu Hotel London Portman Square will join a strong line-up in Portman Marylebone.”
