Eddie V’s, the top quality seafood restaurant has signed for a space at PREIT’s Cherry Hill Mall in the South Jersey suburbs.
Currently, Eddie V’s has locations in Austin, Palm Desert, and Fort Lauderdale, with another one secured for Westfield’s Garden State Plaza in North Jersey. This, alongside the newly signed location at PREIT’s Cherry Hill Mall, brings the brand’s portfolio to 30 locations, with most residing in California, Texas and Florida.
PREIT’s Cherry Hill Mall has long enjoyed success with top-shelf dining experiences, including Seasons 52, The Capital Grille, Maggiano’s Little Lady, and other fine restaurants. These fine dining options saw direct entrances and valet parking sit 18 per cent higher than they were in 2019.
Last year, despite the impacts of the global pandemic, Cherry Hill Mall placed more than 20 new tenants in 50,000sq ft of space, increasing sales per sq ft for the year to $936, reflecting an increase of 27 per cent.
