The property consultancy firm GCW has been appointed by The Works to help expand its store estate.
The company want to find stores to launch across the south east of England and the craft and stationary retailer hopes GCW can help in achieving this.
Looking to add to its already 530-strong portfolio, The Works is searching for sites in prime locations or shopping centres that have between 1,500sq ft and 2,000sq ft available, with 500sq ft of ancillary space.
“I look forward to working with GCW in these exciting times for our business,” The Works Property Director Jeremy Smith said. “We have had great success opening stores in this part of the country and I am keen to further optimise our store locations in this key region as part of the ongoing management of our whole portfolio.”
